[j-nsp] error: the ethernet-link-fault-management subsystem is not running on a EX2300

Hi there,

On an EX2300-C-12P-2G I have the following configuration:

set protocols oam ethernet link-fault-management interface ge-0/1/0 pdu-interval 800
set protocols oam ethernet link-fault-management interface ge-0/1/0 link-discovery passive
set protocols oam ethernet link-fault-management interface ge-0/1/0 pdu-threshold 10
set protocols oam ethernet link-fault-management interface ge-0/1/0 negotiation-options allow-remote-loopback

but when I want to show the status, it tells me the process is not running

user @ sw>show oam ethernet link-fault-management
error: the ethernet-link-fault-management subsystem is not running

I tried to restart the process, but it failed
