Sure - I just find it odd that the FTP instructions are still part of the KB
(if FTP is retired, then the instructions will never work again, so it's a
mite misleading to leave them up).

YMMV, IMHO, etc.

Definitely.  You can file a report with the "feedback" button on that page
and 
it will get updated.

Hi Niall,

KB15585 has the following on top of it, so yes, ftp.juniper.com is
deprecated 
since the end of 2017.

NOTE:  Use of FTP is deprecated, large file uploads for cases should instead

use the SSH FTP (SFTP) process described in KB23337 - How to upload large 
files to a JTAC Case.

Please see KB23337 for the use of SFTP to upload a file.
