So when my customer says to me... "I sent DSCP=46 to Yahoo, but I think
my Yahoo is still not faster?", what do I tell them?

Or, when customer says to me... "I sent DSCP=3 from my office in Nairobi
to my office in Perth, but the Perth side is seeing DSCP=12", what do I
tell them?

In both cases, I do not have full end-to-end for the life of the packet.

Mark.
