Hi Daniel,

Have you checked IF the device model in question is capable of running in "standalone" mode?
As far as I remember there were models which did not support it (especially the ones used for IC in a jnp qfabric).

Best regards,
Vincentz

Hi,

just trying to convert a couple of QFX3600 QFabric interconnet nodes to
standalone mode via "request chassis device-mode standalone". They
state "after next boot: standalone", but come up again in QF-IC mode,
still stating "after next boot: standalone".

JUNOS 13.1X50-D15.1

The conversion worked sorta fine with the QFX3500s, but all QFX3600 do
fail...

Anybody got a clue how to beat them into submission?

Best regards,
Daniel
