[j-nsp] BGP full mesh or route reflector

my server guys like to move VM’s between dc’s occasionally.  Unsure about putting my precious RR’s in there.  Would a VM move cause a hiccup on the BGP Neightbor sessions?  Actually with the timeouts being as they are, I’m thinking they might be ok.  ?
