shell and type "ntpq -p" I got "conection refused" as well.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

the ntp server, there is continues (in interval) request from my M20
and there is a reply from my ntp server.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

my firewall log, the ntp session is accepted by one of my
