[Mailman] Can't post to sysmon-help

Hi,
 
I have subscribed to sysmon-help but my posts don't seem to go through?
 
I have posted the following two messages (which basically ask the same
question):

*	Subject: "Internally-killed", posted on 3/11, which I can see in the
archive
*	Subject: "Explanations of statuses", posted yesterday,which I cannot
see in the archive (maybe because it's too early)

but I did not receive an e-mail with [sysmon-help] in the subject for any of
the two.
 
Am I doing something wrong?
