Not exactly correct.  My understanding is as follows:  You are correct that
the new key will open the new lock on the new Hatcase gate and it will also
open the new lock on the old MPC gate.  However, the new locks will not be
installed on either the new gate or the old gate until sometime around July
1.  THIS DATE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE.  In the meantime, only the old key will
fit the old lock on the old MPC gate.  THEREFORE, DO NOT DISCARD THE OLD
KEYS YET.  Another e-mail should be send via mpc-announce when the new locks
are actually installed on both gates.  Don
