[Ndr] Report of confirmed wifi in part of Cruz bay

Working on getting details. Confirmed report of some wifi now available in Cruz bay.

Device charging remains a huge area of difficulty, requests for aa powered chargers and car adapters.

I just picked up 150 x 2000mah USB chargers from frys to get devices charged and allow people to bring power home from places that have generators.
