[Network-jobs] Scope of the list?

Hello gurus,

 

Just recently joined.  From what I've seen this is a relatively new
list.  What's the scope of this if I may ask?  Any international perhaps
or more US domestic?  

 

If this info is posted somewhere then I definitely missed it and
apologize.
