[Network-jobs] other side of the coin

I think this whole thing goes both ways. I was sort hoping this
_wouldn't_ be a place where recruiters just came and spammed job
opportunities. I get enough of that in my email already. I like the
idea of networking here and making connections with people who are
potentially hiring. I'm hopeful that in the future this list will
become a place where peopel will come to LOOK for good resources. If
you are trying to find someone good, you shoudl come here and read and
see who's available. That sort of situation would only benefit peopel
who are "in the know" and know to coem look for contacts here.

It shouldn't be hiring managers continually spamming opportunities any
more than it should be people repeatedly posting stuff about
themselves and stating that they're available. In fact, I sort of hope
that there will be some limit on number of [at least form-based?]
posts per day.
