I submit the wrong to start with opps. I also originally put on the info 
page for the mailing list it seemed like it was causing a few issues. So 
I move the form to my server. Please look at the transcript of my 
original email:

Ok the new posting form can be found on the main info page for the 
mailing list https://outcast.ws/networkjob.html. This will make it a lot 
easier to use and clear up any confusion on the format. I also welcome 
people to bypass the form post directly to the cgi handling the form. 
http://outcast.ws/cgi-bin/networkjobs it will only accept post method. 
You can pull all the variables from the web form. All fields are 
required other wise they will not get pass the moderator (Me!!).
