Data Interchange<http://www.datainterchange.com/en/Careers> is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Analyst looking to work on a complete overhaul of a mission critical Hyper-V environment.

The Infrastructure Analyst's role is to provide project delivery to the Infrastructure across the business. This involves completing primarily project based work, with some administration and 3rd line support for internal systems.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

-       To complete project work based around the refresh of a resilient Hyper-V environment

-       To perform capacity planning and trend analysis to feed into future projects

-       The potential to present proposals to the IM/Board for changes to meet and improve KPIs

-       To undertake the administration of network systems to ensure that all SLAs are met

-       To lead and take on the role of Project Manager of select projects

-       To follow and implement against documents and standards (ISO 27001)

-       To communicate with members of various departments across all offices (UK, Europe, US)

-       To complete 3rd line complex Infrastructure work being handed over by the Infrastructure helpdesk
