having this just for data/internet networking or should we include<br>
things like VoIP positions as well? Also should people be allowed to<br>
announce their avaibility to do work?<br></blockquote><div><br>Thanks for setting this list up James!<br><br>The initial question that spurred the creation of this list was in regard to a NANOG job board. Network Operations includes VoIP and Security these days, in addition to IP and Ethernet switching/routing centric roles. I think the list should be open to the broader, more inclusive scope.<br>
<br>I think that allowing "availability" posts will cause too much noise and likely reduce the usefulness and participation in the list. I suggest limiting OPs to Open positions (this will likely need to be moderated).<br>
