As a senior network engineer at ZyEdge, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>• Network design of enterprise-class routers, switches, and firewalls<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>• Deployment and implementation of network devices using best practices<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>• Optimization, monitoring, and post-deployment support of network devices and systems relating to network devices<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>• End-to-end support of network engineering projects for new and existing customers including: technical pre-sales support, customer meetings, technical proposals, network design, and technical documentation<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Requirements for this position are:<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>• Documented experience configuring and maintaining Cisco ISR routers, Catalyst switches, CUCM, CUCME, CUCMBE, and security products<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>• Experience with configuration of Cisco PIX and ASA firewalls, specifically IPSec tunnels, client VPN, SSL VPN, and failover<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>• Configuring routers and Layer 3 switches to support WAN technologies such as T1, MLPPP, MPLS, DMVPN, and GetVPN. Experience dealing with ISP vendors to directly implement and support these technologies.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>• Experience configuring optimized LAN networks which include inter-device trunking, VTP, STP, and interior routing protocols such as EIGRP and OSPF.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>• Experience with network monitoring and management tools and related systems<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>• Familiarity with networked systems such as Microsoft AD networks and servers, Linux-based networking<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>• An aptitude for learning new network technologies and applying them to new and existing infrastructures<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>• Cisco certification (Active CCIE Required)<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Additionally, any experience with the administration of Linux environments and/or systems engineering experience such as Windows Server 2003 and 2008, is highly desirable.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Email resume to jobs@zyedge.com.
