[Nsp-qos] QoS configuration & routing traffic

Hi,

Using Cisco or Juniper should I configure queues for routing traffic? Afaik
Cisco set's the precedence on their routing updates to 6 or 7 by default. So
do I need to define queues for my routing traffic when configuring LLQ?
