-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA1

This morning, between 5:34-7:20AM EST, RIT's address space
(129.21.0.0/16, AS4385) was hijacked and announced from AS4761.

(AS 4761 is INDOSAT Internet Network Provider, Internet Network Access
Point in INDONESIA)

It seems that other networks have experienced this same problem
during this time period and we are interested in any data which you
may have (and are able to share) regarding this incident. Any
suggestions as to how to minimize future disruptions would be welcome
as well!

Thanks,

Andy
