I don't think I've ever come across a reasonable way to contact Blars -
the BlarsBL has always been a "do not use this, it's for my use only"
kind of list, with an enormous amount of collateral damage.  If it's no
longer around, good riddance, if you ask me.  Googling for "blarsbl"
will find you plenty of others who aren't too happy with it either, but
not much luck as far as contact info.

I'd advise your customer not to worry about it too much - if someone
they're trying to correspond with is actually using the BlarsBL, they
should probably point them to the Google results, as well as the fact
that the domain does in fact no longer appear to be controlled by Blars.
~ Whatever "blocking" they're seeing may just be a result of a wildcard A
record in the zone and poor DNSBL configuration in someone's mail server.
