I suspect it's a problem because 'security consultants' as part of their
gig will push their customer's ip space lists through sites like:
http://www.kloth.net/services/dnsbl.php
which will report data from a number of lists, including Blars :( they
then turn over the results with a generic: "being on a backlist is bad..."
explanation and point the users to their ISP for resolution :(
