Dave works in my group at Afilias. I can wholeheartedly confirm that  
Dave has access and full permission to manage pretty much all of  
Afilias' nameserver infrastructure, routers, servers, etc.

(And if I didn't think he was generally responsible, trustworthy and  
fabulous, we wouldn't have hired him :-)
