who have their own CERT, JANET-CERT, I believe

Does anyone have a security contact (a trusted person) at UCL "London's
Global University," ucl.ac.uk, on AS286?  If so, please pass them along
to me.  This is in regards to DNS cache poisoning activity.  I'll share
