if you have some more traffic details you might get some traction via 
cymru folks... if you still have that connection to 701 in SEA and can 
divert some of the production traffic across most of 701 they could 
potentially do the dos-mitigation thing for you... :) James Gill 
(james.gill at mci.com) or Heather Skanks (heather.skanks at mci.com) are both 
on-list and would have the right bits to do that...
