I've been working directly with Warren for ~8 months now, and previously 
when he was with TAG and AOL... He's a good egg, very sharp and dedicated 
to the security side of the pie (here and elsewhere).  One nice thing, 
he's been around as long/longer than pmoody so now I have 2 people to bug 
about things :)

I should also add that Warren's on the production network team... so 
hands-on and enable-enabled.
