There's also killerofsoul11 at gmail.com that a friend of mine got his copy
from. Probably plenty others in killerofsoul* as well. Definitely
would be interesting to have even a rough feeling of how much reply
traffic they're getting (though that will probably also include plenty
of people replying with "F*** off" or just "Stop spamming me" - far too
many people seem to think that replying to spam like that will
accomplish something :().
