[nsp-sec] Possible DDos Attack - Help requested from our law enforcement agency

Hi,

A couple of weeks ago, there was a DDos Attack against a couple of sites from Argentina and Spain, including elserver.com, and meneame.net. 
Today we've received information from our law enforcement agency about a possible new DDoS attack that might be launched in a couple of hours against www.elserver.com (ip address is 72.232.40.66, but it'll be changing a couple of times during the night). This information says that the attack may be launched from an IRC-botnet using a channel at irc.argentinachat.org, and the herders seem to be from our country. 

Any information regarding this attack would be appreciated, including copies of the bot, logs from the channel, etc.
