I was, I think, the first AboveNet person on nsp-sec back in the
day.  As my role changed to more non-operational I handed off that
duty to Dave Schmidt, who I believe was on here until he left
AboveNet last year.

If he didn't nominate an appropriate contact I can probably reach
out to one or two people I still know over there and have them send
in an application.
