For those of you who don't remember when foonet/CIT was kicked off
several ISPs they offered a very large premium to anyone that would give
them a pipe. I don't recall but I think they were offering 2x or 3x
normal fees.


The support page listed in the article is nearly all Russian:)
It doesn't lead directly to reporting abuse (that would have made
reporting abuse easier).



Security through obscurity WORKS against some worms and ssh attacks:)
