[nsp-sec] AS27595 (Intercage) gone - implications..

So it just so happens one of my good friends is now running
UnitedLayer and I pinged him on this topic today.

He says as of this point they haven't violated the AUP, but I informed
him that probably wouldn't last for long. 

If you guys see anything nasty starting, ping me and I can get a hold of
him asap and get them turned down.
