What happened to Intercage at exactly midnight? All netblocks except
69.22.162.0/23 dropped to almost nothing. Did someone do something or
did they shut off some stuff?

There was a similar drop-off yesterday at exactly midnight, but it only
laster a few minutes. The current one is at 3 hours and counting.
