Sorry for crossposting (not really, only way I can reach all groups ;-))

So I have been attempting to help the Telefonica BR folks, but have  
not been able to reach anyone.

However in the process, I was told about an apparent cache poisoning  
of another Brazilian ISp in the last couple of days. I finally found  
the first news reports...
