i'm changing employment, and hence no longer eligible for nsp-sec membership.

3741 (and the rest i've previously proxied) won't have an active presence here anymore;  however andrev at is.co.za will be able to assist if needed, and, if all else fails, ping me at nishal at afrinic.net;  i can still raise folk in the area to assist.
