Thanks for the suggestion.
Part of the problem is that this isn't our site that they indexed, so
I'm not the webmaster. The site is no longer up, so the 3 removal
conditions don't apply (returns 404, uses a non index meta tag, or is
blocked by a robots.txt). I don't have contact with the original
webmaster. And it isn't my data that's in the file, so I'm not sure
that I can use Mark's suggestion, but maybe I should forge some
removal requests from people who are in the files.
