Working on it..maybe not "by any means" but anyhow.. There is notable LE

interest here and there on the botnets in question. 
CERT-RU and Afilias are both on loop. 

Hopefully we can get a somewhat coordinated takdedown process. The
present
C&C location @LV might need some attention..in a coordinated fashion if
possible.
