[nsp-sec] Contacts at co.cc?

Greetings everyone!

Does anyone have any contacts at co.cc?  From what I can tell they're
not a "real" second-level ccTLD, but rather a .cc domain that was
registered early and now sells subdomains.  We're seeing some oddities
there and I wanted to see if I could find a trusted contact while also
trying their WHOIS contacts.
