I tried AS29113's phone numbers in the RIPE database.  No one picked
up the receiver.

RIPE lists AS3356 (Level 3), AS3549 (Global Crossing) and AS3257
(Tiscali) as likely upstreams.

(As a very quick fix, one or more tier 1s could originate the prefix,
so that the bogus route is much less likely to propagate.)
