Good evening everyone,

It appears I made a slight mistake in my analysis of the problem this
morning, so my re-started reports process died at roughly the same point
it died the first time through. :|  I've identified the confusion I had,
and resumed the process for yesterday again, and will be watching it
through the night to ensure it continues through properly, as well as
manually firing off the now missed reports for yesterday, since it's now
2009-02-22 in UTC.  2009-02-22 UTC's reports are also now in progress,
though they will almost certainly be delayed as well, just hopefully not
as far delayed as 2009-02-21's.  Again, I apologize for this
inconvenience, and we are continuing to work on these issues.
