Just in case folks haven't seen this...
This was raised previously on nanog/c-nsp/idr but further work has been done
by one of my colleagues (who should really be on here) and others:

We have a tac case open (610497939) and have requested escalation to PSIRT.
Rather irritating for us, as we need 12.0(32)S12 for bugfixes.
