[nsp-sec] LEO involved in "Korean" DDoS issue

Actually speaking of this I've been contacted by the Korean Government CERT
(ncsc.go.kr) about this too and they'd like to be put in contact with any
(UK/US/whatever) LEO that is involved in investigating this. Ping me of
list if you can and I'll pass on the details.
