[nsp-sec] [OT] Organizational update

Hi, team.

I promised to keep you in the loop, and at last we have some great news
to share.  Team Cymru Research NFP is officially a US Federal 501(c)3
non-profit organization.  We received official word today, and the
status is retroactive to 2007.  We had hoped for it to be retroactive to
2005, but we're pleased to have achieved our proper status just the same.

There are more mechanics and such to come, and a few of you may be due a
tax credit as a result of your contributions.  We're beginning to sort
that out now.

We wanted the great members of nsp-sec to be among the first to know.
