I never received the email that you forwarded with this - dated 14  
October.  The last I had in my records was, indeed, the outgoing mail  
from us to you.

Thus, indeed, no further action was taken.  That was the last  
communication from you on the topic; thus I suspect it vanished into  
the background as a "didn't have anyone else to suggest and changed  
their mind."

I'll review your potential application now.
