I'm happy to vouch for Jon. I was the one who originally hired Jon and 
he worked for me for multiple years handling every sort of incident I
can think of. He is technically very sharp, and understands the
importance of appropriate confidentiality in dealing with cybersecurity.

I consider him the primary reason you see so few incidents for AS3582,
and believe he'd make a great addition to the list.
