[nsp-sec] Contact for the person/group who runs co.cc

Does anyone know who runs the co.cc domain?  It's not an official CC- 
TLD subdomain but it's some guy that lets people register sub- 
domains.  It appears that when he terminates a domain he points it to  
our OpenDNS Guide for reasons which are very unclear:

Example: http://www.14march-facebook.co.cc

Also: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&safe=off&as_qdr=all&num=100&q=OpenDNS+site:co.cc&start=6&sa=N

I tried emailing his whois info and contact through the site to no  
avail... hlp at co.cc was also what I tried... (not sure if that was his  
typo for help at co.cc but tried both)
