Not sure what you mean by "any of the data", but as far as I know Team
Cymru was not wittingly involved in either the creation of the blacklist
nor the leaking to the media of the same. As to whether or not data
that we provide to NSP-SEC was provided to the agency creating the
blacklist, if that was the case it was almost certainly in violation of
NSP-SEC confidentiality terms (and thus the terms under which we provide
the data), and we would certainly not look kindly on it, but I am not
aware of that being the case.
