just to avoid confusion, feel free to conatct me directly or send a note 
to atlas at arbor.net to request accounts. please let us know your real name 
and your organization. once you do that you can get set up with your own 
data feeds. we approve them manually after a quick review that you are 
indeed a party responsible for the network you are requesting a feed for; 
this prevents unwanted "spying" between folks.

you can safely disregard the "only for partners" pages that ATLAS may give 
you.
