[nsp-sec] Daily Reports Summary : Proxy

Hello Tim, All,

first off, Thanks for the work.
I do have a question to the list about the proxy reports.

All the hits we so far got where planetlab nodes participating in CoDeeN:
http://codeen.cs.princeton.edu/
While I agree that a proxy is a proxy, even if endorsed by Princton, we've had
little luck in getting these people to see this the same way. So how do other
ISPs handle this?
What should be done about this?

Feed-back from our customers is: Planetlab can't be bothered, so don't bother
us either.

Cheers
Serge
