If not, can anyone give me a clue as to the degree to which they're  
cooperative?  I've been assuming that softlayer.org.ru is just naming  
themselves similarly and operating out of the SoftLayer Chantilly  
datacenter in order to confuse matters, but if anyone has any reason  
to believe that SoftLayer is actually sheltering softlayer.org.ru and  
all it's associated badness knowingly, I'd be very interested to hear  
evidence.
