[nsp-sec] Bell.ca fast flux phish - looks mitigated

got the enclosed as a phish n my inbox a few minutes ago. looks like a 
fast flux phish operation against bell.ca about an account upgrade.

bell folks may want to know in case they get customer complaints. this is, 
from my estimation, a rare type of institutional target.
