[nsp-sec] Upcoming NSP-SEC IRC Partial Outage

Good afternoon everyone,

Due to some scheduled maintenance, there will be a 15-20 minute
disruption in service for one of the two servers providing the
kibbitz.cymru.com NSP-SEC IRC service on September 20th, 2009.  This
outage will take place at some point between 1500 and 2300 US CT (2000
UTC on September 20th and 0400 UTC on September 21st).  Anyone connected
to the impacted server will be disconnected, but the second server will
remain up and running for connections.

We will send out a notification shortly before the maintenance actually
begins on September 20th with a more specific begin time, and we will
post again briefly when the maintenance has been completed.  Thank you
for your patience and understanding!
