[nsp-sec] 48 hour vetting: Mike Acker (Internap, AS(see list))

While already a reference for Mike, I will vouch for him as my
replacement as a representative of Internap.  Mike is a very valuable
member of the operations team and has very relevant, and valuable to the
list, skills.  He is active in the community and regularly volunteers
for events in conjunction with the University of Washington (Pacific Rim
Collegiate Cyberdefense Competition) and others.

Given the desire to keep the representation to a maximum of three
individuals per org, and the fact that my pointy headed responsibilities
continue to grow, Mike would best contribute moving forward.
