Teams,

The half-outage of the NSP-SEC IRC service that we announced on
September 4 2009 will be commencing shortly.  One of the two servers
providing kibbitz.cymru.com will be offline, but the second server will
remain available.  We expect this outage to last approximately 30-45
minutes, and will send another notification when the work has been
completed.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.
